Samy is a passionate advocate for people and their families across Southern California. Raised in the Inland Empire, Samy moved to New York where he completed his undergraduate degree at Columbia University, earning a B.A. in American Political Science. After college, he served as the National Project Manager for a non-profit organization then completed his degree at the Syracuse University College of Law.


While in law school Samy argued for Syracuse’s top-ranked National Trial Team and won first-place in the school's mediation competition. Looking to be active locally, he served low-income families as a student attorney under the criminal defense and bankruptcy clinics. 

Before co-founding Harmoush & Rashedi Law Group LLP, Samy established The Harmoush Law Firm where he successfully handled criminal defense, personal injury, and employment matters. Prior to opening his own firm, Samy worked for three law firms in Southern California. He has experience both working for and fighting against some of the biggest insurance companies in the United States., allowing him to secure the best results for his clients.

As a Southern California native, Samy loves playing outdoor basketball, taking in a Lakers game, spending time with his family, and trying new recipes in the kitchen. He remains active serving his community by advising non-profit organizations and providing pro-bono legal services.

Farzad’s analytical approach and business mindset is a proven asset for clients seeking an edge in the market. Raised in San Fernando Valley, Farzad completed his B.A. in Economics at California State University, Northridge. After college, Farzad served as a banker for a prominent retail bank. 

While working and going to school full-time, Farzad produced and licensed music to multiple media companies. Later, he successfully advised other artists on best practices for how to negotiate their sales and licensing agreements. 

Seeking to expand his ability to negotiate intellectual property and commercial deals, Farzad went on to complete his law degree at the Syracuse University College of Law. He completed Syracuse’s year-long Technology Commercialization Law Program through which he advised companies on regulatory compliance and corporate governance. In his third year of law school, Farzad was a visiting student at the UCLA School of Law where he took coursework in commercial transactions and media law.

As a practicing attorney, Farzad has cultivated an extensive background negotiating and drafting various real estate and business related agreements, and assisted in the formation of dozens of companies. He currently serves as an informal advisor to numerous start-up technology companies in Southern California.

Farzad is licensed to practice law in the State of California.


Farzad is an avid fan of music and culture. He enjoys hitting the gym and spending time at home with his Pug, Goochi.
